  1. What models are available?

2. Why should I line the inside of my van?
     Vans are delivered with no internal protection so it is easy to damage the body when transporting tools and equipment. Installing an inner lining will be much cheaper than the cost of repairing the body. 

3. Can I install SYNCRO System on a pick-up?
    Some of our systems are designed to be used indoors but we do have some systems that are suitable for pick-ups. Please contact us for more details. 

4. Can I fit my vehicle with electrical systems?
    Yes, we can provide a comprehensive range of accessories such as lights, plugs, inverters and generators etc to ensure your vehicle is a fully-functional and efficient service vehicle.

5. What is the ROI for in-vehicle equipment?
     It is highly dependant on the nature of your business. Assuming you are saving 10 minutes daily by not having to search for tools 
     an equipments in your vehicle, you will be able to see a return in 6 to 24 months. Please note that most SYNCRO users report a saving of more than 10 minutes a day. 

6. Can I reuse the equipments?
    SYNCRO products are modular and compatible. You can easily add, change or move the single units from your old vehicle into a new
    one. Since our outer dimensions have always remained the same, it is always possible to mix and match new and old products whenever you require.

7. Will it decrease the resell value?
     No, SYNCRO system equipments are installed with threaded inserts, screws and rivets so that after removing the racking, the van will not sustain any damage, welding, cut or scratch to the body that could lead to a loss of value.

8. Will it decrease my van carrying capacity?
    No. Due to the prime materials used such as special steel, aluminium, polypropylene, anti-slip mats and "cut-through" design, eliminating the need for excess materials, SYNCRO systems are extremely lightweight yet sturdy. Continuous improvements have led to a weight reduction of between 20% and 30% ca. 

9. How much load can the equipment carry?
    SYNCRO units are usually loaded with with weight the is 3 or 4 times the unit itself. However, we advise our users to keep in mind the maximum load their vehicles are able to carry. 

10. Does SYNCRO System come with warranty?
      Our warranty covers a period of 3 years for manufacturing defects. Defective parts will be replaced or repaired free of charge by SYNCRO Group. Products produced by third parties such as generators and compressors will be covered by their respective manufacturer warranty.

11. How long will the installation take?
     Small and medium sized vans will usually take half a day to install whereas larger vans will take a day. Specially designed solutions could take longer. On average, installation will take a day.

12. Can I install the system myself?
      It depends on the system. It will be possible to self-install some systems whereas other systems will require professional installation to ensure a correct and safe usage in the future.

13. Will my vehicle be noisy during driving after installing SYNCRO System?
SYNCRO System comes with a series of solutions to minimise noise and vibrations during driving such as anti-slip mats for drawers and shelving units, dividers with ant-rattle plastic stops and dual-locking mechanism on all drawers. All SYNCRO units and cargo transported are generally secured in place. The noise level is expected to be lower compared to if the tools and equipment had been on the floor of the vehicle.
